In 2023, a family parked a food truck on Main Street in Danbury to fill a real gap: trustworthy, 100% Zabiha Halal street food. The spot beside the mosques wasn't an accident — it was exactly where they belonged.
The menu
Gyros, cheesesteaks, burgers — and the masala fries people call out by name at the window. Bold seasoning, generous portions, every order made like it matters.
